On display for 2017, Klip’s intricate projection mapping on a Terracotta Warrior detailing the process of its creation. From firing the clay to the layers of paint, the looping video depicts the process of how the iconic sculpture was created over 2,000 years ago.
Klip Collective also directed and produced the Introduction Experience, a multi-screen narrative telling the history of the warriors discovery projected on two persimmon tree shapes.
Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor will be at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle from April to September 2017. It travels to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia and runs from September to March 2018. The exhibit takes a journey through the story, culture, craft, and science of the statues.
